Drivers applying must be at least 23 years old, with 12 months OTR verifiable experience in the last 3 years, a relatively clean record with maximum of 3 accidents and/or tickets in the past 3 years with no DOT preventable accidents in the last 12 months or suspensions over 30 days for moving violations.
