U.S. Trucking has been operating a flatbed fleet leased to Landstar Ligon since 1981, transporting all types of building materials, iron and steel articles, carbon electrodes, aluminum products and machinery throughout the eastern half. Our office and shop staff have years of experience and are fully equipped to meet the challenges and demands of a modern fleet operation. We are small enough to remain personable with our drivers and still enjoy the benefits of operating within a huge network of offices and agents in the Landstar system.

Primary Operating Area U.S. Trucking is primarily a regional operation with half of our deliveries within a
500-700 mile radius of Nashville as well as regional dedicated runs and west coast runs. Most drivers average 2500+ miles per
week and get home 9 out of 10 weekends.

Safety is our number one priority. It is our intention to give you the opportunity to get a full break every night, sleep nights/home weekends is our goal.

Your Equipment U.S. Trucking provides its drivers late model Freightliner, Volvo, and International Conventional mid-roof tractors. All trucks are assigned and may be routed through the house on weekends. U.S. Trucking maintains a fully staffed repair facility on site open six days a week to keep your truck in top running condition. Our shop and operations departments are on call nights and weekends.

Minimum Requirements 23 years old, 12 months OTR verifiable experience in the last 3 years, relatively clean driving record with maximum of 3 accidents and/or tickets in the past 3 years, no DOT preventable accidents in the last 12 months or suspensions over 30 days.
